Main responsibilities include filleting and cleaning the product while consistently maintaining the highest quality standards. Fine handling will also be performed to prepare orders, ensuring every detail is correct and work is carried out efficiently. Production tasks are also part of the role, including packaging and labeling fish on the production line. Maintaining a strong commitment to quality and continuously seeking process improvements is essential. Prior experience using knives—especially in fishmongery or the food industry—is a key requirement. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with an active and detail-oriented attitude, will be highly valued. This position offers a professional working environment with excellent-quality raw materials. The pay rate is 10\.08 € gross per hour. A monthly work schedule will be provided from the outset, facilitating personal planning. Contracts are monthly, with potential for long-term continuation based on performance. Shifts are rotating, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work possible. Working hours range between 05:00 and 23:00\. Proven experience in knife handling (fishmongery or food industry sector). Personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. Availability for rotating shifts. Committed and detail-oriented attitude.
