**Description:** ---------------- At Grupo Castilla – Talent Services, we are looking for a **WORKSHOP MANAGER for an important end client located in Pamplona.** **What will your responsibilities be?** * **Organize the daily operations of the workshop,** coordinating a team of 6–8 technicians and the fleet of machinery. * **Respond to, manage, and advise on** incidents that clients may have. * Ensure the **planning of inspections, maintenance, and repairs** for both internal fleet and customer machines. * Manage **daily work reports in the internal system and coordinate** with other departments (sales and logistics) to optimize machine usage. * Provide **occasional support to the sales department**, identifying customer needs. * Monitor **workshop billing.** **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract with the client * Stable project within an established local company. * Working hours from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30. A 30-minute lunch break is included within this schedule. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements** **What are we looking for in you?** * **Technical education**, preferably in mechanics, electromechanics, or industrial maintenance. * At least **3 years of experience** in team management within industrial environments or workshops with high operational load. * Technical knowledge in **machinery** will be valued, ideally in **elevating platforms.** * Customer-oriented profile. * Dynamic candidates with strong organizational and planning skills are preferred.
