Resolve conflicts and manage incidents **SAD Management Coordinator** for Ribadeo (Galicia) * Working hours: Full-time. * Immediate start. * Availability: 20 hours per week in the physical office; the rest remotely. * Schedule: Monday to Friday plus one afternoon. * Salary according to collective agreement. * **Required qualification:** University degree in Social Services. * Optional: Knowledge of CIBERSAD. * Driving license is a plus. * Contract type: Permanent. **Functions and responsibilities**. * Coordinate and lead the auxiliary staff team in the area. * Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with quality standards. * Prepare technical reports detailing the implementation of specific services, as well as their assessment, whenever requested by the Municipal Council. * Resolve conflicts and manage incidents arising during service delivery. * Conduct home visits deemed necessary in response to serious situations or incidents affecting service delivery. * Billing control and report preparation; manage and organize daily work through appropriate goal planning and rationalization of tasks.
