We are a non-profit organization within the healthcare sector that internally develops its own applications, and we are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with demonstrable experience of more than 3 years for this position to join our team. The project: Guttmann was a pioneer in the computerization of clinical information since 1992. The new hire will join our internal team leading the new version of the software system. As it is a small team, each member works across all layers of the software: database, back-end, front-end, etc. Our tech stack: We believe in having a solid foundation, knowledge, good practices, and the flexibility to learn and apply new languages and techniques. In any case, the technologies and practices we use most are: • Front-end: o Typescript (oriented to ES2024\), o Vue, o Pinia, o Vite, o SCSS. • Back-end: o Microservices architecture. o Rust (async, actix, DDD), o PHP (laravel), o MySQL, o MongoDB, o Messaging (Nats, Jetstream), o RESTful APIs. • Hybrid Agile methodology (pseudo-SCRUM) and SDLC. Tasks • Create modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces. • Ensure optimal user experience in web applications tailored to the healthcare sector. • Develop secure and efficient APIs for integration with internal and external systems. • Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and version control tools such as Git. • Optimize code performance and security in regulated environments. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, data analysts, and clinical teams to develop customized solutions for the healthcare sector. • Participate in regular meetings (daily, sprint planning, retrospectives,...) to ensure project progress. • Manage integration with existing healthcare platforms, such as hospital management systems (HIS) or telemedicine applications. • Solve problems and implement continuous improvements in production applications. • Contribute ideas to optimize processes and implement new technologies suitable for the healthcare sector. • Stay updated on technological advancements and ensure their adoption within the project framework. * Experience 2 years.
