Responsibilities: Documentation* Knowledge Base Creation: * Help gather and organize detailed information about the products we manage. * Feed AI with this information to improve user story generation. * Create product AI assistants. * Meeting Documentation: * Participate in team Agile ceremonies: dailies, sprint planning, refinements. * Take detailed notes during team and stakeholder meetings. * Create summaries and action lists to ensure follow-up on discussed points. * Product Documentation Maintenance: * Ensure all product documentation is up to date and accessible to the team. Backlog* Backlog Prioritization Support: * Help evaluate and prioritize backlog tasks based on business value and technical feasibility. Especially help identify dependencies between UX, front-end, and back-end tasks, and keep Jira properly updated. * Sprint Planning Support: * Collaborate in sprint planning, ensuring user stories are well defined and prioritized. * Help verify that incoming tasks are correctly written and ready to start. * Collect and analyze sprint metrics. Testing* Validation Collaboration: * Participate in reviewing user stories once development has completed them. * Perform initial evaluations to identify potential errors or areas for improvement. Feedback* Customer Feedback Management: * Collect and analyze customer feedback on current products. * Identify patterns and suggestions that could enhance products or services. * Google Analytics Enhancement: * Support in defining metrics and custom reports.
