Role You will be responsible for the operational implementation of the regional digital and multichannel strategy, coordinating the development and updating of digital assets. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Operational execution of the regional multichannel strategy, developing and aligning digital assets for key brands. * Consultation and support for new local and regional digital initiatives. * Coordination and validation of dashboards for KPI tracking. * Support in defining briefings, navigation structures, wireframes, and user journeys. * Leadership and coordination to ensure integration and consistency of digital assets, acting as a liaison between agencies and internal stakeholders. * Review and validation of digital content (MCP, UX, functionality, and approach). * Coordination of content reviews according to regional policies and procedures. * Support in implementing and managing the new CRM (Daisy) and in the operation of regional websites. * Creation of audiovisual resources and support for training programs aimed at new users. Requirements * Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Health Sciences. * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. * Advanced proficiency in Google tools, Office, and data management. * Outgoing, organized, and results-oriented individual. * Design-sensitive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. * Advanced English (C1).
