





### **Description** A company with extensive experience in the field of training is seeking to hire a Senior Training Technician to strengthen its team at the Ferrol office. We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in designing, managing, and coordinating training projects, as well as in career guidance and employment integration, capable of advising companies and leading corporate-level training initiatives. Main responsibilities Designing, updating, and editing face-to-face, virtual, and blended training programs. Planning, organizing, and coordinating in-company training activities. Managing enrollments, scheduling, and monitoring of training activities. Providing career guidance and employment integration support within employability-focused programs. Coordinating with other department members to ensure proper execution of projects. Developing and updating training documentation and content. Supporting the management of subsidized training (FUNDAE), communications, and group closures. Updating content on the corporate website. Managing and monitoring training projects with a results-oriented approach. Requirements University degree (Bachelor’s or Licentiate), preferably in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields. Over five years’ professional experience in designing, defining, and organizing training activities. Minimum three years’ experience in career guidance and employment integration within employability programs (mandatory). Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (mandatory). Experience managing FUNDAE-funded training is desirable. Familiarity with content design and editing tools is desirable. Knowledge of emerging technologies, digital marketing, and social media will be valued. Languages: CELGA 3 and B2-level English will be valued. Immediate availability.
