Description

A hairdressing products distribution company located in Mataró is seeking an Ecommerce Technician. Proficiency and a minimum of one year’s experience with PRESTASHOP are essential, as well as advanced fluency in both Spanish and Catalan. Experience with MAILCHIMP or similar tools is also required. Knowledge of English and professional training in marketing will be considered an advantage but are not mandatory requirements for this position. A stable job with an indefinite-term contract is offered, initially on a part-time basis (30 hours per week), working from 8:00 to 14:00. Approximate gross monthly salary: €1,000 (paid in 14 installments). \- Creation of web content. \- Website maintenance: updating data and information, primarily. \- Communication and marketing: platform promotion and product promotions. \- Customer service: handling incidents and resolving issues. * 12 months’ experience. Minimum one year’s experience as an Ecommerce Technician using PRESTASHOP. Familiarity with tools such as MAILCHIMP or similar. * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Customer orientation. \- Willingness to learn. \- Advanced digital competencies. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time morning schedule (30 hours \- weekly working hours) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1000' to '1100' * Additional relevant details: Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00–14:00.
