At Dara\-Lyo, a leading company in lyophilization solutions and pharmaceutical technology, we are seeking a **REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN** to join our Production team. Dara\-Lyo, part of the Dara Pharma group, is a growing industrial machinery company that designs and manufactures lyophilization equipment. Founded in 2008 offering technical services, it began manufacturing its own equipment in 2012, competing internationally. **What will you do?** * **Installation and Commissioning:** Assemble and adjust refrigeration systems (compressors, evaporators, condensers, valves, piping, and control equipment) on lyophilizers. Verify optimal performance and correct operation of all system components (pressures, cooling, temperatures, vacuum) through exhaustive testing. * **Maintenance and Repair:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose and repair faults (leaks, compressor failures, pressure issues) in existing and new refrigeration systems. * **System Adjustment:** Optimize operating parameters (cooling, temperature, vacuum) to ensure efficiency in the drying and freezing process. * **Customer Support:** Provide technical advice, training on usage and maintenance, and ensure understanding of safety instructions. * **Compliance and Safety:** Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations (handling refrigerants, high pressure) and environmental standards, using personal protective equipment. * **Fault Diagnosis and Repair:** Identify and diagnose problems in the refrigeration system (e.g., leaks, compressor or valve failures), using specialized diagnostic tools and resolving issues quickly and effectively. * **Management and Documentation:** Travel to customer sites for installations and maintenance, manage time efficiently. Prepare detailed technical reports. * **Quality Control:** Final verification of proper system operation before delivery. * Low-temperature modifications. * Charging fluorinated gases. **Qualifications:** * Intermediate and/or Advanced Vocational Training in installation and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems and/or industrial refrigeration. * Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, and/or electro-pneumatics. * Certification for handling equipment with refrigeration systems containing any charge of fluorinated refrigerants. * Knowledge of oxyacetylene welding. * Valued: knowledge in the installation and adjustment of control and automation systems for refrigeration (PLC control systems, frequency inverters, etc.) in industrial equipment. * Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, technical information, and instructions. * Valued: knowledge of high vacuum. * Valued: intermediate level in English. **What we offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM (8.15 h/day), Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (7 h/day).
