




Job description Important multinational company in **Industrial Machinery** located in the Vallès area is seeking to hire a **Validation Technician** for its Quality Department (QA). **Your mission will be to perform equipment qualifications according to pharmaceutical quality standards and internal quality regulations, ensuring compliance/quality of the company's facilities and equipment.** **Main responsibilities:** * Ensure quality of both internal company projects and those carried out by subcontracted companies. * Draft and execute FDS/DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ qualification protocols. * Coordinate quality assurance activities for assigned projects, both internally performed and supervision of subcontracted companies. * Collaborate in meeting qualification task schedules. * Collect, negotiate and agree on customer requirements within qualification protocols. * Participate in the execution of FAT for assigned projects together with the client. * Perform SAT, IQ and OQ at the client's site. * Continuously improve validation documentation and update standards adaptable to each project. * Request and manage quotes for external qualifications. * Support in defining, maintaining and archiving records of the calibration plan for measurement instruments used in testing. * Apply waste management instructions and energy and material consumption reduction measures. * Comply with and enforce occupational risk prevention guidelines. * Collaborate in implementing, certifying, maintaining and continuously improving the company-wide quality management system. **Requirements** * Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Chemistry. * Experience in pharmaceutical equipment qualification (both junior and senior levels). * Knowledge of UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. * Proficiency in Autocad and SolidWorks. * Advanced level of English. * Preferably knowledge of international GMP and FDA cGMP regulations. **Benefits** * Permanent contract. * Stable and growing project. * Flexible working hours. * Continuous technical training and language courses. * Individual professional development plan. * Paid voluntary on-call shifts. * Flexible compensation plan. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Other social benefits. * International work environment.
