




Intress is urgently seeking a **Corretor** to cover replacements at the **SPE** *Estela Nova* (Emergency Protection Service for migrant youth) located in **Vilablareix, Girona.** **The Emergency Protection Service** is a temporary residential service that provides comprehensive care for unaccompanied migrant youth arriving in the territory, ensuring coverage of basic needs such as accommodation, maintenance, and healthcare. Initial actions will also be carried out regarding identification and documentation, locating and/or contacting family members, and referrals to regular social service resources or to first reception and comprehensive care centers for unaccompanied migrant youth within the protection system. ***What will you do?*** * **Collaborate in the assessment** of skills and analysis of the needs of children and adolescents. * **Organize and carry out activities** planned in individualized and group care plans. * **Accompany the child** in becoming aware of their social and family reality, supporting them throughout this process. * **Attend to and support family units** in response to their requests or needs, promoting filial relationships with therapeutic purposes for adolescents. * **Meet the child's needs** in a way that enables their proper holistic development: physical, biological, cognitive, emotional, social, and educational needs. * **Participate in the design,** updating, and monitoring of the socio-educational care process of the center and organization, actively contributing as a member of the educational team based on shared agreements, objectives, and unified action criteria. * **Observe and record** incidents. * **Participate** in preparing reports (PEI, ITSE, etc.). * **Receive and register** admissions. * **Open and close** case files. * **Lead, deliver, and evaluate** programs for activities or workshops related to your work area. * **Interact with other resources** involved in the adolescents' education process to ensure appropriate user care. * **Provide accompaniment** in the community and support in carrying out administrative tasks, community support, and/or training aimed at developing social skills and improving family relationships. * **Analyze the personal, family, and social situation** of the child to develop an individual educational intervention project. ***What do we offer?*** * **Start date:** Immediate incorporation possible—we are waiting for you! * **Type of contract:** Selection process with possibility of permanent position. * **Working hours:** 38 hours per week. * **Schedule:** Depends on the replacement to be covered. Could include morning, afternoon, or night shifts. **All shifts with a minimum 24-hour notice.** * **Compensation:** Bachelor’s degree in Social Education: 1,857.69€ gross/month (x 14 payments: 26,000€ gross/year).
