As a customer advisor, you will join Specsavers’ team with 100% focus on customer service. In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls from existing customers, as well as manage the chat solution. You will assist customers with inquiries regarding orders and products in a way that helps us achieve our goals. You will work from our new, spacious premises in Benalmádena–Málaga, where you’ll become part of the Webhelp family.
