




**Description:** ---------------- **Workplace**: *C/ Sardeya 54, Local 6, (08005) Barcelona* **Program**: *Fem Inclusió, IRSSO, CAIXA, Habitatge+* **Professional Group:** *1* **Working Hours**: *38.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday* **Gross Monthly Salary**: *€1,876.97 (14 payments) + €53.94 Coordination Supplement* **Gross Annual Salary:** *€26,924.80* **Contract Type:** *Indefinite-term contract* **Start Date:** *Immediate* **Probation Period:** *6 months* **Hierarchical and Functional Reporting Line:** *Territorial Directorate of Catalonia* **JOB MISSION** Coordination of social housing programs in Catalonia and team management; monitoring of the full project lifecycle, including design and implementation of recovery and social inclusion processes and pathways, as well as intervention with individuals and families accommodated by the service. **FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION (NON-EXHAUSTIVE):** * Supervision and management of the service, ensuring its proper operation. * Organization and supervision of team work and activities, as well as monitoring appropriate execution of tasks. * Development of service monitoring and control systems. * Formulation of objective planning and programming, as well as monthly activity planning for the Service. * Ensuring compliance with service protocols, procedures, and outcomes. * Analysis of demands and characteristics of families accessing the service. * Identification of needs of service users through individual interventions. * Preparation of reports and projects. * Assessment and diagnosis of the social need situation affecting individuals and families referred to the project due to housing shortage, inadequacy, or risk of housing loss. * Design of social interventions with participating families and individuals in the Program. * Social and residential support within housing, including socio-educational actions related to economic and domestic organization, health and hygiene habits, vocational guidance and job search, social skills and self-esteem, parenting skills, and personal and social competence development for autonomy. * Preparation of documents: reports, Work Plans, residency agreements, etc. * Creation and monitoring of shared housing units under the Program. * Support and coordination with reference social workers of individuals and families regarding detection and assessment of situations, intervention design, and case follow-up. * Support in identifying, recruiting, and leasing housing for families. * Resolution of incidents arising during program implementation. * Other duties that may arise and fall within the required professional profile and category. **BENEFITS** * Flexible entry and exit times. * Partial telework. * For full annual working hours: 60 hours of flexible time. * 23 working days of vacation. * Opportunities for work–life balance. * Career and professional development opportunities. * Laptop and smartphone with access to the M365 environment. * Participation in social innovation, digital transformation, and agility initiatives. **Requirements:** --------------- **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * University degree in Social Education. **COMPLEMENTARY TRAINING** * Training in the design and management of social projects. **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** * Minimum two years’ experience working in inclusive or supported housing. * Minimum two years’ experience intervening with individuals or families at risk of social exclusion, particularly in social support roles. * Minimum one year’s experience managing teams. * Minimum one year’s experience managing project lifecycles. * Experience or familiarity with working in non-profit organizations. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Full proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (minimum C-level). * Availability to travel. * Advanced computer skills (Office suite). * Knowledge of existing public and private resources within the operational area, necessary for coordination and referrals. * Certificate confirming no convictions for sexual offenses. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Disability certificate indicating a 33% disability rating. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Proficiency in additional languages. **COMPETENCIES** * Commitment to the organization and strategic vision. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Rigor, efficiency, and quality orientation. * Teamwork. * Organizational ability. * Proactive and problem-solving capacity. * Effective communication. * Negotiation skills. * Frustration tolerance. * Collaborative attitude. * Positive conflict management. * Inspirational leadership. * Results orientation
