The **CloudOps for Cybersecurity Platform** team focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining advanced cyber-defense platforms, aiming to **protect Siemens’ critical infrastructure and digital assets** against emerging threats. The team comprises 40 professionals distributed across five countries (Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, and the U.S.), fostering global and innovative collaboration. Training Objectives During the internship, students will have the opportunity to: * **Learn how to create, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure** on AWS using tools such as Terraform and OpenTofu, integrating these deployments into CI/CD pipelines. * **Participate in task automation** to improve efficiency in responding to security incidents and reduce manual intervention. * **Contribute to internal and external regulatory compliance** of the platform and applications hosted on it. * **Collaborate in designing and executing improvement plans**, both for the Cloud platform and associated applications. * **Develop skills in vulnerability analysis** and execution of action plans to effectively mitigate vulnerabilities. ‍ Mentoring and Follow-up The assigned mentor will be , who: * Establishes a personalized learning plan. * Conducts continuous progress monitoring of the intern. * Provides technical guidance, support in assigned tasks, and periodic feedback.
