Job Summary: Responsible for raw materials procurement with experience in the chemical and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors, tasked with negotiating and managing suppliers. A university degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Advanced English proficiency. EXPERIENCE: 8–10 years of experience as a Raw Materials Buyer in FMCG and chemical industry companies. SAP experience required. Anticipating and selecting appropriate suppliers to generate competitive advantage and secure favorable conditions. • Managing raw materials supplier performance through KPIs, dashboards, and business drivers. • Risk management: Identifying risks and developing/implementing strategic sourcing support plans for raw materials procurement to ensure achievement of business objectives, delivering quantifiable outcomes and scorecard tracking. • Developing and coordinating actions to enhance overall productivity of raw materials suppliers (renegotiation, reengineering, and sourcing). • Developing and implementing raw materials procurement strategies aligned with corporate goals and objectives, including sourcing plans, supplier selection, and supplier management. • Managing the annual budgeting process and tracking raw materials categories accurately and timely. • Contract management. • Participating in and coordinating the New Product Introduction (NPI)/Launch process, providing input on manufacturing capacity and cost. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and identify potential supply chain risks. • Ensuring raw materials procurement supports business objectives by adding value, mitigating supply chain risk, and generating cost savings. • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company principles and values. \- Identifying, proposing, and implementing improvements to procurement or purchasing procedures. \- Compliance with environmental requirements * Experience: 8 years. 8–10 years of experience as a Raw Materials Buyer in FMCG and chemical industry companies.
