Responsibilities The main responsibilities will include: - Supervising and managing production processes in accordance with the HACCP system and regulatory requirements. - Managing quality and food safety records for internal and external audits of the quality management system (e.g., ISO 22000, IFS, BRC, etc.). - Assessing compliance with regulations and identifying opportunities for improvement. - Analyzing and detecting potential microbiological contamination. - Verifying labels and packaging to ensure compliance with current regulations. - Updating protocols and work instructions. Mandatory - Proactive, dynamic, solution-oriented, autonomous profile with strong communication skills. - Knowledge of the HACCP system. - Prior experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.) Additional Requirements - Minimum 1–2 years’ experience performing similar tasks.
