Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join us as **Store Manager** for the brands **Moda Re\-** and **Beyondwear**. If you are passionate about circular fashion, the retail world, and wish to grow within a socially impactful project, we are looking for you! **Main responsibilities** * Attend to and retain customers by providing personalized, high-quality service. * Manage the point of sale: store image, cash register, and window displays. * Analyze sales indicators and establish action plans to achieve targets. * Organize and maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse. * Manage inventory: orders, receipt, restocking, and inventory control. * Use the POS system and keep records and log sheets up to date. * Coordinate and distribute team tasks, enhancing each person’s strengths and skills. * Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational risk prevention (PRL) regulations. * Promote and communicate the Foundation’s values. **Requirements** **Qualification:** Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or Intermediate Vocational Training in Commercial Activities. **Minimum experience:** 2 years managing points of sale and coordinating teams. **Key competencies** **Leadership and team management:** Coordinate, motivate, and support teams by efficiently distributing tasks and leveraging each person’s strengths. **Customer orientation:** Provide close, personalized service; identify customer needs; and ensure a positive shopping experience. **Results orientation:** Monitor sales indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive actions to meet commercial objectives. **Organization and planning:** Manage schedules, inventory, operational priorities, and available resources to ensure the store operates smoothly. **What do we offer?** * **Temporary contract**, for **long-term leave replacement**, **full-time**, with working hours from Monday to Saturday. * **Stability and growth:** You will become part of an organization undergoing constant growth, with a strong social focus. * **Inclusive environment:** A diverse workplace committed to equal opportunities. * **Professional development:** We invest in our teams’ growth through continuous training, mentoring, and internal promotion. * **Contribute to a purpose-driven brand:** You will work at Moda Re\- and Beyondwear — leaders in circular fashion and social transformation. **Join our mission and help us transform lives through training and employment!**
