Key role in client relationship and continuous improvement Location Description: ASISGRUP, a Girona-based group providing integrated services — Health, Cleaning, People, and Property — with 25 years of experience, is incorporating a Client Manager to ensure agile and high-quality service management at assigned centers. Mission: To serve as the client’s primary point of contact and ensure service execution, quality monitoring, and preparation of budgets for incoming leads. Responsibilities: Client attention and management; incident registration and closure. Scheduled follow-up visits to centers; reports and improvement plans. Basic planning with internal team: working hours, coverage, materials, and equipment. Inspections and checklists; management of non-conformities and corrective actions. On-site data collection and budget preparation for leads; submission and follow-up until acceptance. CRM updates, document archive maintenance (contracts, occupational health and safety documentation, personnel files), and basic monthly reports. * Experience: 2 years. Experience in B2B client administration and management. Experience in budgeting and technical data collection. Proficiency in Excel and CRM/ERP tools; strong documentation discipline and accuracy. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position
