We are looking for an IT Solutions and Data Architect to join our Technology team. YOUR NEW ROLE: At MANGO, we have launched a project program with the mission of standardizing and digitizing the merchandise and assortment planning process, implementing innovative solutions through leading market platforms (o9 Solutions and Anaplan). As a Solutions Architect, you will play a key role throughout the complete phases of design, configuration, implementation, data integrations, analytics, testing, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering solutions, analyzing and interpreting data to enable fast decision-making and optimize the pre-season and in-season planning processes, as well as providing post-implementation support. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and implementation of solutions* Translate business logic into functional and technical designs, initially working in collaboration with solution providers and later independently. * Configure planning platforms ensuring alignment with business processes. * Understand the data models of o9 and Anaplan to ensure efficient configuration, optimize performance, and seamlessly integrate data with other applications. * Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement solutions, conduct testing, and ensure successful user adoption. Data integration, transformation, and monitoring* Work with Python, Apache Airflow, and Delta tables to validate, transform, and process data. * Analyze data and interdependencies to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives. * Perform data integration through extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. * Monitor data loading processes, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents to ensure smooth data integration and uninterrupted platform operation. Continuous improvement and testing* Support continuous integration and continuous delivery processes to improve deployment efficiency. * Create and execute integration test cases, track issues, and ensure timely resolution using support tools. Training and stakeholder engagement* Design and deliver training sessions for internal teams, facilitating a clear understanding of the platform and its functionalities. ABOUT YOU:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar. * 3 to 5 years of experience in functional, technical consulting, and data engineering. * Prior experience with planning applications is a plus (o9 Solutions, Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, JDA, Centric Planning, e2open, Knaxis, Relex, ToolsGroup). * Practical experience with Python, Apache Airflow, Delta tables, SQL, and ETL tools for data integration and transformation. * Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Big Data. * Familiarity with Excel for data handling is a plus.
