Engineer, Graduate or Bachelor + Official Master's Degree – Rural Development (Madrid) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of GRUPO TRAGSA specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Engineer, Graduate or Bachelor + Official Master’s Degree to support the evaluation of rural development in the Community of Madrid. **Workplace** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Occasional travel throughout national territory will be required. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Analysis, data processing, and preparation of rural development monitoring reports within the framework of the CAP (Common Agricultural Policy). * Evaluation of the Rural Development Programme 2014–2022. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying and certifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree + Official Master’s Degree in Economics; or an Agricultural Engineering or Forestry Engineering degree (MECES Level 3); or a Technical Engineering degree in Agricultural/Agri-food Engineering or Rural/Environmental Forestry Engineering + Official Master’s Degree in Economics, Agricultural/Agronomic Engineering or Forestry Engineering (MECES Level 3) (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Eligibility to formalize a training contract for acquiring professional practice linked to the qualification required in this vacancy (i.e., no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; and no prior training contract linked to the same qualification exceeding 6 months may have been executed). * Knowledge of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) (assessed during the technical interview). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Languages** * English: B1 level ### **Prior Experience** * From 3 months up to 3 years’ experience in rural development analysis, data processing, and/or preparation of rural development monitoring reports within the framework of the CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) (professional and/or academic experience). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Basic or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (assessed during the technical interview). * Statistical knowledge for data analysis, related support programmes, and/or public policy evaluation (assessed during the technical interview). * GIS knowledge (assessed during the technical interview). * Valid Spanish driving licence (Class B). * Basic or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access (assessed during the technical interview). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable for another 6 months, if applicable. If a trainee/training contract is formalized, the candidate’s qualification must be directly related to the duties of the position offered, and the activities performed must be appropriate to the qualification linked to the trainee contract, thereby enabling acquisition of professional practice aligned with the candidate’s academic level. + Full-time working hours.
