We are currently seeking a Draftsperson with experience in civil engineering and urban development to strengthen our technical team, participating in the preparation of drawings and documentation for executive projects. Key Responsibilities * Preparation of floor plans and detailed drawings for executive civil engineering/urban development projects. * Development and review of technical documentation. * Coordination with the engineering team to ensure accurate project definition. * Support in modeling and visualization tasks when required. Requirements * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training Diploma – Technician in Civil Engineering Projects. * 3–5 years of experience in drafting for civil engineering and/or urban development projects. * Advanced proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar), with a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience.
