We are looking for a Monitor/Supervisor for student support to join one of our centers in **Manresa (L’escola Muntanya del Drac)**. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising students during lunchtime and accompanying them in various activities.
**Responsibilities:**
* Accompanying and assisting children and/or young people with special educational needs.
* Promoting autonomy among these children and/or young people.
* Assisting with mobility-related tasks, including postural control monitoring and correction as needed, to maximize students’ mobility.
* Encouraging students’ autonomy and self-management skills.
* Remaining constantly attentive while working with children.
* Promoting active participation of children in daily tasks, taking into account their individual limitations.
* In general, ensuring students’ safety and comfort during their time at school/institute, and supporting teachers and/or professors both inside and outside the classroom, in accordance with the Center’s management directives.
**We offer:**
* Weekly schedule: 10 hours – 2 hours per day.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 12:30 to 14:30.
* Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Public Catering Services.
* Duration: Academic Year.
* Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract.

* Intermediate vocational qualification or certification as a leisure-time monitor/supervisor.
* **Mandatory updated certificate confirming no sexual offense convictions (legal requirement for working with minors).**
* Advanced Catalan language proficiency.
* **Minimum 1 year of experience as a student support monitor/supervisor for students with special educational needs.**
* Experience in collective catering services is desirable.
* Problem-solving oriented, with strong communication skills and child-centered approach.
* Availability to meet the required schedule.
