Now, we are expanding our team and looking for a **Systems Technician**. Your **mission** will be to provide **technical support** to users across the various EPIFoC group companies, collaborating in the operation and **maintenance of systems**, network infrastructures and communications, ensuring the proper functioning of technological resources, secure access to information, and efficient incident resolution. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Handle and resolve incidents and support requests using ticketing tools. * Configure, install and maintain computer equipment. * Manage user accounts and permissions. * Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of operating systems and applications. * Collaborate on administration tasks related to virtualized environments (VMware, Citrix), networks, communications, and telephony systems (VoIP, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Webex Calling). * Apply best practices in cybersecurity, backups, and data protection. * Update and manage hardware and software inventory. * Prepare equipment and access credentials for new hires. * Actively collaborate with the Systems Administrator and Infrastructure Manager on defined technical support tasks, as well as on the development of various projects implemented by the department. **What do we expect from you?** We expect you to have a **proactive attitude and willingness for continuous learning**, teamwork and collaboration, good communication and organization skills, autonomy and initiative. * Higher vocational training degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications (completed or currently in progress, evening classes). * *Prior experience is not essential, although any previous experience in similar roles will be valued.* * English: B1 * Catalan and Spanish: Native level * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. **Valuable Technical Skills** * Windows and Linux operating systems. * Virtualization with VMware and Citrix. * Azure Cloud. * Networking and connectivity. * Ticketing tools. * Active Directory and Azure Entra ID. * Office and business software (Google WS, Microsoft 365\). * IP telephony (Cisco Call Manager, Webex Calling). * Cybersecurity and backup policies. **What do we offer?** We offer an **indefinite contract**.
