Main responsibilities: * Administer and maintain Windows computer systems integrated with machinery PLCs. * Manage user permissions and roles to ensure data security and traceability. * Automate data collection and export processes (CSV) and generate reports for clients. * Lead the implementation and evolution of SCADA systems using Zenon. * Configure and manage secure connections with clients (VPNs, firewalls, remote access). * Provide technical support to the engineering team and coordinate with technology suppliers. * Propose improvements in infrastructure, security, and system efficiency.
