Job Summary: We are seeking a Section Head / Machine Operator for an industrial company, for a motivated, responsible individual with leadership potential, to lead a section or department after acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the production process. Recognition of experience as a machine operator or qualified operator An industrial company located in Vallès Oriental is looking to hire: Section Head \- Machine Operator. Candidates must be motivated, responsible, and have leadership potential. Technical vocational training (FP) in mechanical or electrical fields will be valued, though not mandatory; experience as a machine operator, site supervisor, qualified operator, etc., will also be valued. A personal vehicle is mandatory to reach the company. Initially hired as a production operator, rotating through various departments of the company to acquire comprehensive knowledge of the company’s production process, followed by promotion to lead a section and/or department. Working hours: 8 hours per day (\+ 2 hours of overtime daily). Candidates willing to perform the 2 hours of overtime on a split schedule will be preferred. Direct employment contract with the company is offered. (6-month fixed-term \+ indefinite). Fixed salary for 8 hours: €35\-40\.000 gross annually x 14 payments \+ overtime. Schedules including overtime and the overtime hourly rate will be specified during the interview.
