The Palafrugell Town Council, within the framework of the "Work in Neighbourhoods" programme, is seeking 1 community worker to support the project "More Neighbourhood, Less Waste", whose objective is to promote good practices in waste management among residents of Palafrugell 1 (West), thereby improving coexistence and the state of the urban environment. A 9-month temporary contract is offered, with a planned start date of 01/02/2026. The application period ends on 29/12/2025. Candidates must hold a university degree in Social Education / Social Work / Psychology / Psychopedagogy / Pedagogy or a related field. It is mandatory to be registered with the Catalan Employment Service (SOC) as an unemployed jobseeker. Designing campaign awareness materials (printed and digital formats, preparation of supporting materials); social media management; organizing neighbourhood meetings and conducting informational sessions; environmental education in schools and communities; working in multicultural and intergenerational settings; impact evaluation and collection of indicators, among other responsibilities.
