If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to the quality of higher education, this could be your opportunity! **What will you do on a daily basis?** * You will be responsible for monitoring the quality of all ESDI training programs. * Maintain, update, and implement the Center's Internal Quality Management System (IQMS) and its Manual to keep everything up to date. * Manage verification, monitoring, modification, and accreditation processes for official degrees before the URL and AQU. * Collaborate in defining and implementing the Center’s quality objectives aligned with the general objectives of the URL. * Create and monitor surveys on program quality and satisfaction of our students and other stakeholder groups, analyze their results, and propose improvements. * Review and update internal processes across all areas. * Prepare reports, projects, and quality follow-up actions. * Monitor KPIs and quality indicators to ensure continuous annual improvement. * Keep an eye on the market to stay updated on trends. * Stay informed about academic and university regulations and adapt them to our Center. **What do we offer?** * Location: Sabadell * Full-time permanent contract * Working hours: 38.5 hours per week * Flexible schedule * 45 days of vacation * A young, dynamic environment with a positive atmosphere * Employee parking **What are we looking for in you?** * Degree in social sciences or related field * Catalan, Spanish, and English at C1 level. * Experience or knowledge in quality management or compliance.
