For this reason, we are looking for a **Quality Manager** who will help us ensure that every project leaving our factory meets high quality standards. **Your mission will be to ensure that quality is not just a regulatory requirement, but a real and visible value in every process and product, working hand in hand with production, technical office, and management.** **What you will do** · Ensure each product complies with technical specifications and customer requirements. · Validate the first piece or initial production run before full-scale manufacturing begins. · Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System as a tool to reinforce continuous improvement. · Coordinate internal and external audits, managing non-conformities and corrective actions. · Promote a quality culture across all work teams. **What we are looking for** * Technical education (Engineering or similar). * Experience in industrial quality. * Solid knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard. * Ability to analyze, improve, and foster a quality culture within the company. **We offer** * Full-time morning shift, Monday to Friday, to facilitate work-life balance. * Stable position within an established company with international prospects. * Active participation in real improvement and innovation projects. * A collaborative, close-knit environment driven by excellence. * Negotiable salary depending on experience and value brought by the selected candidate.
