We are seeking a technical, problem-solving professional with solid industrial experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate all mechanical maintenance shutdown activities. * Supervise work on turbines, HRSG boilers, generators, auxiliary systems, pumps, heat exchangers, and critical equipment. * Monitor technical execution, quality, schedules, and team performance. * Plan resources, manpower, materials, and logistics. * Coordinate own personnel and subcontractors. * Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures. * Act as the technical liaison between Caldererías Indálicas and the plant management/client. * Prepare reports, daily updates, and final shutdown documentation. **Requirements** * Proven experience as Construction Manager or Supervisor in industrial settings. * Previous experience in combined cycle plants, petrochemical, refinery, thermal, or power plants. * Strong organizational skills, technical leadership, and ability to make decisions under pressure. * Proficient in computer tools and technical software (MS Project, Office, AutoCAD). * Immediate availability. **We Offer** * Contract for industrial shutdown (January – April). * Competitive compensation based on experience and responsibility level. * Real opportunity for continuation in projects and shutdowns at national and international levels with Caldererías Indálicas. * Dynamic and specialized work environment. ***If you match this profile, we would be delighted to consider your application for this project.***
