Contract Type Permanent Contract Duration Indefinite Description We are seeking a Dock Coordinator with Forklift Operator Responsibilities for a well-established and continuously growing company in the food industry to manage the receipt of meat and by-products. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your primary mission will be to coordinate and ensure efficient, safe, and orderly loading and unloading operations, guaranteeing compliance with quality, food safety, and traceability standards. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Organize and supervise the receipt and dispatch of meat and by-products. - Coordinate a dock team of 3–4 operators. - Verify weight, condition, and handling requirements of received or dispatched products. - Manage logistics documentation: delivery notes, records, and transport documentation. - Maintain direct contact with transport companies and handle incidents. - Monitor inventory of by-products (boxes, pallets, etc.). - Support handling tasks in refrigerated and frozen storage rooms (–18 °C). Publication Date 12/09/2025 Requirements Qualifications \- Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Transport and Logistics or Transport Management. \- Valid forklift operator license. Preferred \- Prior experience in logistics or goods receipt, preferably within the food industry. - Forklift operation knowledge (valid license preferred). - Basic proficiency in office software (Excel, email) and ERP systems. - Experience with Navision. Mandatory Requirements Essential \- Organized individual with strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and leadership capacity. Additional Requirements \- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience performing similar duties.
