





As a Personal Concierge, you will be an essential part of the guest experience at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, delivering luxury personalized service and creating memorable moments throughout their entire stay. You will warmly welcome guests, provide tailored recommendations, and offer expert support to ensure an impeccable and exceptional experience from arrival to departure. Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude, provide personalized recommendations, and attend to their requests attentively and efficiently. Assist with restaurant reservations, spa treatments, entertainment bookings, and other special requests such as floral arrangements or gift deliveries. Provide detailed information on local attractions, exclusive experiences, and cultural events tailored to guests’ interests. Support the Concierge team in coordinating daily services and maintaining up-to-date guest profiles to deliver personalized assistance. Collaborate with other departments—including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage—to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service. Coordinate transportation needs, including airport transfers, chauffeur services, and guidance on city navigation, ensuring timely and precise arrangements. Supervise VIP arrivals alongside the Guest Experience team, ensuring everything is prepared for a perfect stay. Maintain a clean, organized concierge desk stocked with updated city maps, brochures, and relevant information. Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism, always seeking swift and satisfactory solutions. Proudly represent the Hyatt brand through a professional appearance, genuine hospitality, and a proactive service mindset. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality industry, or customer-facing role is highly valued. * Spanish (Advanced spoken and written) * English (Advanced spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, approachable, and professional demeanor. A genuine interest in crafting personalized and memorable guest experiences. Solid knowledge of—or strong interest in—local dining, shopping, entertainment, and cultural offerings. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team. Flexible availability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays based on guest needs.
