We are looking for a professional with proven experience in industrial maintenance and technical leadership, capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring maximum operational efficiency of the plant. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance activities on main equipment: gas and steam turbines, HRSG boilers, generators, pumps, and heat exchangers. * Coordinate in-field own and subcontracted teams, ensuring compliance with technical and safety procedures. * Manage human, material, and logistical resources by developing work plans and monitoring project productivity and costs. * Ensure implementation of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety (PRL), and Environmental management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 standards. * Participate in meetings with plant management and act as the technical liaison between the client and Caldererías Indálicas. * Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and status updates. **Requirements** * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of power generation plants, preferably in combined cycle, thermal, or refinery facilities. * Experience in technical shutdowns, major overhauls, and turbine repairs (experience with Siemens, GE, Alstom, or Mitsubishi is desirable). * Knowledge of power systems, turbomachinery, recovery boilers, instrumentation, and control valves. * Proficiency with technical software: MS Project, AutoCAD, Office, SAP/Navision, or equivalent. * Fluent Spanish; technical English is desirable. **We Offer** * Immediate integration into a leading plant within the national energy sector. * Permanent contract. * Attractive compensation package, aligned with experience and level of responsibility. * Technical and dynamic work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth towards Maintenance Manager or Project Manager roles. ***If you meet the requirements and wish to lead the comprehensive maintenance of a combined cycle power plant, send us your CV.*** ***Take on the challenge of managing a strategic plant with Caldererías Indálicas.***
