





A leading family-owned industrial company located in Polinyà is seeking to hire a Quality and Technical Office Manager to lead the quality, maintenance, and technical management areas. The selected candidate will become part of the company's management committee, actively participating in key decision-making processes. Reporting directly to senior management, the main responsibilities are: * Plan, organize, and control quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety procedures. * Ensure quality objectives are understood and adhered to across the organization. * Coordinate and supervise product conformity testing and calibration of measuring equipment. * Manage resolution of non-conformities and customer complaints. * Promote occupational risk prevention and monitor environmental controls. * Design and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance policies. * Coordinate with production and other departments on facility and machinery maintenance. * Implement organizational and technical improvements arising from corrective and preventive actions. * Provide technical training and support to the sales team. * Report to management on the performance of the technical management system. **Main requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the steel and metal industry. * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. * Strong spoken and written English skills. * Experience in TPM management and internal audits. * Familiarity with the Low Voltage Electrical Regulations. * Proficiency in office software, technical drawing programs, and quality management systems. * Strong leadership, planning, communication, and results-oriented skills.
