Job Summary: We are seeking a quality technician to ensure perfection in the production of plastic, aluminum, and fabric items, by monitoring and improving manufacturing methods. Key Points: 1. Responsible for quality in plastic injection and assembly. 2. Participation in the launch of new projects and continuous improvement. 3. Training and leadership in quality processes. We seek a candidate with solid technical education and attention to detail to join our team in Vilanova del Vallès. The role will focus on monitoring and improving manufacturing methods, ensuring all products are flawless. You will play a key role in guaranteeing the highest quality of our products, including plastic and aluminum luggage, fabric bags, and metal fastening parts. Main responsibilities include quality control on plastic injection and assembly lines. You will also participate in launching new projects with manufacturers, assisting in defining initial samples, reviewing materials, and verifying that both processes and final products function correctly. Additionally, you will collaborate on machinery maintenance and establishing effective quality control practices. This position offers an active working environment where you can apply your expertise. You will be responsible for training staff on processes, quality, and continuous improvement—both locally and at other sites. Your work preparing technical reports and delivering presentations will be critical for decision-making. Daily English communication with international colleagues and suppliers is required. Analytical ability, self-motivation, and a constant drive for improvement are highly valued. Temporary contract, part-time. Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality assurance within plastic injection and assembly processes. Solid knowledge of quality control systems and deviation analysis. Advanced level of English (spoken and written). Availability for international travel (China, Indonesia, and other future production destinations), with stays of up to 2 weeks.
