Ensures compliance with safety and quality regulations. **Job Description:** GAC Construcciones y Reformas is looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction and renovation projects from initial planning through final execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive planning, organization, and supervision of construction projects. * Coordination of technical teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Budget, cost, and schedule control. * Monitoring of construction progress and resolution of issues. * Preparation of progress reports and reporting to management. * Ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or renovation project management. * Knowledge of construction planning and budgetary control. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Advanced Spanish language proficiency; knowledge of Catalan is an advantage. * Proficiency in project management tools and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar). **About the Company:** GAC Construcciones y Reformas is a company specialized in construction, rehabilitation, and comprehensive renovation projects.
