The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all phases of technical projects, leading the technical team, and ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and budget. Technical and project management Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of technical projects, from conception to final delivery. Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, reports, budgets, and specifications. Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical regulations, and applicable legal requirements. Coordinate technical relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and public agencies. Monitor project schedules, costs, and allocated resources, proposing corrective actions when necessary. Implement and maintain project management methodologies according to organizational needs. Leadership and team coordination Lead and motivate the technical team by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and evaluating performance. Promote continuous improvement, technical innovation, and staff training. Coordinate interactions between technical areas and other departments. Strategic management and development Participate in defining technical strategy and identifying new opportunities for improvement or innovation. Assess the technical feasibility of new projects or commercial proposals. Supervise the implementation of new technologies, tools, or systems to optimize operational efficiency. Experience 3 years. Advanced knowledge of technical design and management tools (AutoCAD, JIRA…). Proficiency in technical regulations and occupational health and safety standards.
