The employment contract must be signed within three years of completing the relevant studies—or within five years if signed with a person with a disability. The contract duration must be at least six months and no more than one year. Remuneration will be set according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement for such contracts within the company; otherwise, it will correspond to the professional group and pay level associated with the duties performed.
