




Job Summary: We are seeking a Community Manager to join our Marketing team, responsible for managing communities, content, collaborations with ambassadors and influencers, and supporting audiovisual content creation. We love innovation! Currently, we require a Community Manager for our Flaçà (Girona) headquarters to join our Marketing team. The selected candidate will manage multiple brand communities—from initial content design through planning and publishing across various channels (social media, newsletters, etc.). They will also foster collaborations and partnerships with ambassador groups and influencers, and support audiovisual content creation across all brands (website, banners, etc.). Therefore, we seek a highly motivated, proactive individual with strong coordination skills across teams. **Responsibilities:** * Web-based management of teacher communities, primarily focused on content design and preparation. * Management of social media profiles across multiple communities/brands—designing, publishing, and scheduling posts. * Management of collaborations with ambassadors/influencers—including identifying opportunities, tracking agreements, and executing campaigns. * Design of newsletters and digital communications. * Monitoring of KPIs. * Support in graphic design of audiovisual content (across all brands), including banners, web modules, etc. **Conditions:** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: flexible intensive shift. * Salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience. * Additional benefits such as flexible compensation, etc. \+ parking at the company. * Possibility of remote work (hybrid model). * Opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic, multinational company. * Residence: mandatory in the Province of Girona. Digital Marketing knowledge, content creation, and Artificial Intelligence are considered advantageous. * Office software proficiency: Excel and basic IT tools (email, etc.) required. * Graphic design tools proficiency (highly valued): Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator. * Web management (WordPress) and social media tools proficiency. * Languages: minimum fluency in Spanish; English is desirable. * Experience: minimum 2 years’ experience in tasks described in this vacancy.
