Barcelona **Key responsibilities of the role:** **Project Management:** * Plan and schedule resources (materials, equipment, and * Supervise the project timeline and make adjustments as needed. * Ensure delivery of the project within agreed timelines and budgets. **Execution Supervision:** * Monitor daily site activities, ensuring compliance with specifications * Coordinate with contractors * Manage technical and operational contingencies. **Quality and Safety Control:** * Guarantee compliance with quality standards. * Implement safety measures on site and supervise their compliance. * Prepare periodic technical reports on project progress and status. **Administrative Management:** * Monitor costs and prepare basic financial reports. * Manage permits, licenses, and required technical documentation. * Prepare progress reports for management and/or clients. What do we expect from you? Required skills and experience **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or equivalent, or demonstrable experience. **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in similar roles, preferably in civil works. Previous experience leading multidisciplinary teams in the construction sector. **Technical knowledge:** * Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Navision) and CAD tools. * Advanced knowledge of construction regulations and quality standards. * Experience managing budgets and construction costs. **Skills:** * Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage teams in dynamic and high-pressure environments. * Problem Solving: Ability to make quick and effective decisions when facing unexpected issues. * Communication: Strong negotiation and effective communication skills with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. * Organization: High ability to plan and prioritize tasks in complex environments. * Proactivity and Adaptability: Ability to anticipate potential risks and adapt to project changes.
