We are seeking our new **Assistant to the Industrial Maintenance Service Manager** for our facility in **Guardamar del Segura (Alicante).** ### **What tasks will you carry out?** * Offer and budget management: assist in preparing and managing offers and budgets for maintenance and repair work. * CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tracking: use maintenance management software to plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance tasks. * Supplier coordination: communicate with suppliers to request quotations, place orders, and manage delivery of materials and services. * Maintenance documentation management: maintain and update maintenance-related documentation, including maintenance logs, failure reports, and repair records. * Maintenance scheduling: assist in planning and scheduling maintenance work, including task and resource allocation. * Data analysis: assist in analyzing maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. * Support in daily maintenance management: assist the maintenance manager in the day-to-day management of maintenance tasks, including planning, execution, and monitoring. ### **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract * Monday to Friday, split-shift working hours * Attractive salary * Exceptional working environment ### **What are we looking for?** * Technical or University Engineering degree / Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior). A Master’s in Maintenance Management is an advantage. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance management within maintenance service companies. * Experience in industrial facilities, production control, and/or maintenance. * Ability to analyze, diagnose, and report incidents. * Excellent communication skills, both internally and with clients. ### **Are you interested in our proposal?** Send us your application!
