This person will be responsible for expanding and managing the affiliate network end to end—from acquiring new partners to fostering long-term loyalty. They will also negotiate strategic agreements and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as conversion rate, CPL, and ROAS. **About the Role** ================ As the Affiliate Specialist, you’ll be the person in charge of managing day-to-day relationships with the affiliate network and ensuring proper activation and continuity. A role that blends relationship management, ongoing monitoring, and performance tracking—with a focus on maintaining a healthy, active network aligned with Learning Heroes’ objectives. **What You’ll Do (or, better said, what you’ll enjoy)** ========================================================= ### **Affiliate Management and Monitoring** * Serve as the primary point of contact for active affiliates. * Ensure smooth, consistent communication to resolve questions and anticipate issues. * Motivate and re-engage inactive or at-risk affiliates. ### **Operational Support and Materials** * Provide affiliates with the resources needed to operate effectively (banners, links, campaign materials). * Coordinate material updates and ensure affiliates always work with current information. * Identify operational blockers (contracts, access rights, documentation) and resolve them promptly. ### **Network Activation and Growth** * Drive activation of new affiliates and reactivation of existing ones. * Propose actions to improve affiliate channel performance. * Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align campaigns and messaging. ### **Performance Tracking** * Monitor affiliate channel results. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Report relevant insights on the network’s status and evolution.
