Production Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Administrator to manage production orders, monitor manufacturing schedules, and coordinate with various departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of production orders and manufacturing planning 2. Coordination with production, logistics, sales, and quality departments 3. Control of raw materials, inventory, and technical documentation We are looking for a Production Administrator for an industrial company located in Pla de l'Estany. Responsibilities include managing production orders in the ERP system, monitoring the manufacturing schedule, and coordinating with the production team to adjust deadlines and priorities. The role also involves controlling raw materials (plastic granules, additives, colorants), verifying material availability for each order, coordinating procurement and supply with logistics, and maintaining inventory records. Production data such as times, quantities, and rejections are recorded; production and incident reports are prepared; technical documentation is maintained; and data are entered into ERP or Excel. Additionally, coordination is carried out with plant supervisors and operators; incidents (machine stoppages, defects, material shortages) are tracked; delivery notes and related documentation are issued; customer orders linked to manufacturing and delivery deadlines are monitored; and collaboration is maintained with sales, logistics, and quality departments. Quality control results are also recorded, and traceability documentation is archived. Working hours are full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, on a split shift between 08:00 and 18:00, with breaks established by law. * Experience in administrative tasks related to production. * We seek a proactive, organized individual with a positive attitude. * Proximity to the workplace is advantageous. * A vehicle is required for commuting. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan. * GS Administrative qualification or higher. \- Advanced Excel proficiency. \- Advanced computer skills.
