We are seeking a first-class tradesperson with proven, hands-on experience in comprehensive installations of plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, and gas. The selected candidate must be capable of resolving on-site incidents, performing maintenance on domestic, commercial, or industrial installations, and installing air conditioning, aerothermal, boiler, and ventilation systems, always in compliance with the RITE regulations. It will also be necessary to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams, and to sign water, electricity, and air conditioning certificates, depending on the candidate's official accreditations. A minimum of two years of experience as a first-class tradesperson in the sector is required, whether in residential renovations, new construction, commercial premises, or technical maintenance. Holding the RITE license and the qualified low-voltage certification is mandatory, as well as maintaining up-to-date official accreditations for signing certificates. A type B driver's license is also required. An indefinite-term contract, full-time working hours, and an annual gross salary ranging from 28\.000 to 30\.800 euros are offered, depending on the candidate's competence and demonstrated professional track record.
