WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? (Requirements) * Qualification: Surveyor / Technical Architect (Building Engineer). * Experience: At least fifteen years’ experience in both office and on-site work, with expertise in construction, rehabilitation, and renovation projects—including civil works and installations—in both public and private buildings, whether occupied or unoccupied; experience as Site Manager and Team Leader; project development, valuations, tendering processes for both private and public works; document and budget delivery and review; permit processing, etc. * Knowledge of: * Budgeting: Presto. Advanced level. * Design: AutoCAD. Intermediate–Advanced level. * Office software: Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced level. * Other knowledge: Accessibility, Spanish Building Code (C.T.E.). * Economic Management (certifications, monthly and annual cost control, etc.). Organization (tender documents, contracting procedures, etc.). * Coordination (tenders, legal department, etc.) * Construction expertise in pathology and rehabilitation (Intermediate–Advanced level). * Experience on both contractor and client sides. * Experience executing works in both private and public sectors. * Experience interacting with industrial suppliers, technical directors, and clients. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Minimum English proficiency level: B1. * Willingness to travel.
