We are seeking a professional with technical training (preferably in mechanical engineering) responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing designs for industrial machinery manufacturing. The role involves close coordination with the sales, purchasing, production, and after-sales service (SAT) departments to ensure that projects are executed according to technical standards, deadlines, and quality criteria. Mechanical design of machinery components and assemblies using 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD and SolidWorks). Creation and updating of drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation for production. Preparation of manufacturing, breakdown, assembly, and technical instruction drawings. Review and improvement of designs to optimize costs, materials, and production processes. Adaptation and customization of machinery according to customer requirements. Collaboration with the purchasing department in selecting technical components. On-site technical support (resolving queries). * Minimum 2 years of experience required. At least two years’ experience in a technical office is mandatory. * Bachelor’s Degree * Competencies / Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or Higher Vocational Training qualification (FP2). Knowledge of foreign languages is not strictly required, but proficiency in English and Italian will be valued. * Availability of a personal vehicle * Driving license: Class B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Working hours: 08:30–14:00 and 14:30–17:00
