Description

A company based in Montcada i Reixac is seeking 1 structural technician to carry out inspections, diagnostics, and assessments of structures in building construction and civil engineering works, coordinating tests, technical teams, and operational resources. Offered: \-Permanent contract. \-Full-time schedule: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. \-Salary: 2500 euros gross monthly x 14 payments. Requirements: \-Education: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Technical Engineering in Public Works. \-Proven experience in structural inspection, assessment, and diagnosis. \-Experience in conducting and supervising on-site testing. \-Ability to coordinate technical teams and operational resources. \-Experience in drafting technical reports. Preferred qualifications: \-Advanced knowledge of structural pathology. \-Experience in material characterization and assessment of existing structures. \-Knowledge of current structural regulations. \-Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. \-Experience in rehabilitation projects, structural inspection, or structural quality control. \-Conduct preliminary inspections and visual diagnostics of structures in building construction and civil engineering works. \-Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site coring campaigns and testing. \-Analyze structural elements and materials obtained during inspections. \-Assess pathologies, geometries, reinforcement layout, and the overall condition of structures. \-Coordinate and supervise operational staff responsible for coring and sampling. \-Manage material resources, testing equipment, instrumentation, and auxiliary means. \-Maintain technical communication with clients and other parties involved in the project. \-Prepare technical reports on structural diagnostics and material characterization. * 12 months of experience.
