The main mission of the position will be: To ensure the manufacturing process of plastic injection parts with the human and material resources assigned to the Injection FF to supply the assembly lines, meeting quality, productivity and availability requirements on time. **Your responsibilities** * Team organization and personnel management * Validation of productions from planned changes. * Manage machine and mold failures, review and resolve machine process incidents * Analyze and resolve quality incident reports * Ensure compliance with 5S, quality, safety, environmental and sustainability standards * Review injection process cycles in production * Handle and resolve incidents occurring in collaboration with mirror assembly staff * Analyze injection processes to make improvement proposals or track incidents * Participate in and carry out delegated mold testing **Who we are looking for** * Vocational Training Level II in Mechanics or similar * Non-regulated training: Injection courses * 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Desirable: Fluent English (B2\) **What we offer** At Magna, you will have an engaging and dynamic environment where you can help develop industry-leading automotive technologies.
