




We are seeking an administrative staff member for a company in Premià de Mar, Barcelona. Main responsibilities include customer service via phone calls and in-person interactions, comprehensive invoice management (recording and filing), and control, preparation, and follow-up of delivery notes. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating shipments and processing associated documentation. Working conditions include a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 to 17:00. Initially, the position will be on-site, with the possibility of remote work after completing an adaptation period. The hourly wage is 11.83 €. A temporary contract of 3 to 4 months is offered, with a realistic expectation of long-term integration into the company's permanent staff. * Previous experience in similar administrative tasks. * Proficiency in office software (especially Excel). * Organized, problem-solving individual with the ability to work independently.
