From LHH’s Construction Division, we are seeking a Construction Site Manager with solid experience in urban development projects. Key responsibilities: - Planning, organizing, and supervising building, urban development, and rehabilitation projects. - Comprehensive management of one or several simultaneous projects (depending on profile and experience). - Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. - Cost, schedule, and quality control during execution. - Liaison with technical directors, developers, and suppliers. - Preparation of certifications, economic monitoring, and production control. - Proposal of technical and organizational solutions to optimize schedules and resources. ### **Requirements** - Demonstrable experience as a Construction Site Manager in: - Urban development projects. - Civil engineering, technical architecture, superior architecture, or related fields. Preferred qualifications: - Proactivity, leadership, and problem-solving ability. - Prior experience managing projects with tight deadlines. - Knowledge of construction planning and control tools. ### **We Offer** .
