We’re seeking an **L2 IAM Analyst** with experience in **identity and access management**, implementation of MFA and SSO, Active Directory administration, and IAM tools (Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk). A profile with **solid knowledge of authentication protocols**, security principles (Zero Trust, RBAC), and the ability to **investigate credential-related incidents**, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * **Identity and Access Management:** User provisioning, deprovisioning, and modification; role-based permission assignment (RBAC); application of the principle of least privilege. * **Authentication and Authorization:** MFA configuration, SSO support, IdP management (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity). * **Monitoring and Auditing:** Detection of suspicious behavior, periodic access reviews, audit support. * **IAM Infrastructure:** Active Directory and LDAP administration, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols. * **Privileged Access Management (PAM):** Control and monitoring of admin accounts, use of PAM tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust). * **Policies and Processes:** Definition of IAM standards, automation of the user lifecycle. * **Incident Response:** Investigation of unauthorized access, remediation of compromised credentials. **Requirements** * 2–5 years of experience in IAM, IT security, or systems administration. * Knowledge of protocols: SAML, OIDC, OAuth, Kerberos. * Experience with IAM tools: Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk. * Familiarity with RBAC, Zero Trust, and least privilege. * Basic scripting (PowerShell). * Skills: troubleshooting, collaboration, clear communication. **Desirable (Nice to Have)** * Certifications: SC-300, Okta Certified, SailPoint, CyberArk Defender, Security+. * Cloud experience (Azure, AWS IAM, GCP IAM). * Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001). * Experience in ITDR (Identity Threat Detection & Response). **Availability** * Availability to work in Asturias or Málaga. **Personal Requirements** * High motivation and strong technical capability. * Good English level (minimum B2 spoken).
